While many of these\nlifestyle diseases have no remedial treatment in modern medicines, fortunately\nmany people could get find the cure with Ayurvedic medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lifestyle disorders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Ayurveda\nis the Life Science gives more importance to the Prevention of the Disease and\nProtection of the Health. Total fat intake restricted to 20-25% of total energy, daily salt intake restricted to 5gm, Carbohydrate and &nbsp;fibre rich food intake.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Food should be taken depending upon the Digestive capacity of the Person.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Heavy food stuffs should be taken half of the satiety and Light food can be taken up to the Satiety but not more than that.<\/li><li>Classics say half of the stomach should be filled with solid foods, one&nbsp; fourth&nbsp; should be&nbsp; filled&nbsp; with liquid&nbsp; food&nbsp; and&nbsp; remaining&nbsp; one fourth should be kept empty for the movement of Air.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevention &nbsp;through lifestyle changes. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Daily regimens like wakening up Early in the morning.<\/li><li>Drinking lukewarm water in the early morning.<\/li><li>Practice of medicated oil massage, yogasan and physical exercise. <\/li><li>Undergo&nbsp; seasonal&nbsp; Purgatory&nbsp; procedure.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevention &nbsp;through mental factors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Positive thinking. <\/li><li>Do well for others.<\/li><li>Achara rasayana-code of\nconductsd.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Sadvritta palana-following\nrighteous thingse.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Not involving Harmful\nactivities.revention of lifestyle disorders through yogaa.&nbsp; Follow Yama(personal ethics), Niyama(social\nethics) to maintain personal and social health.b.
