Urinary infection
A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection in any part of your urinary system — your kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract — the bladder and the urethra.
According to Ayurveda, UTIs are due to an imbalance within pitta dosha. Ayurveda’s wisdom offers guidelines to balance Pitta dosha and strengthen the urinary tract in order to avoid recurring infections.
